JR Spain busca un Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocio para fortalecer su departamento de Eficiencia Energética en Madrid. La persona seleccionada será responsable de identificar oportunidades en el sector privado, desarrollar actividades comerciales y gestionar relaciones con clientes y socios estratégicos. Se valorará la experiencia en eficiencia energética y un sólido conocimiento de los modelos comerciales del sector. Se ofrece un entorno de trabajo flexible y un plan de desarrollo individual.

Formación

  • Se requiere experiencia de al menos 3 años en desarrollo de negocio relacionado con proyectos de eficiencia energética.
  • Conocimientos en modelos de negocio de eficiencia energética y técnicas de venta.
  • Inglés avanzado es necesario.

Ferrovial Construcción Energía was recently created to develop the energy business within the Construction Division, under the Horizon 24 strategic framework. It currently integrates activities in T&I, renewable generation, and Energy Efficiency contracts. Present in Spain, Portugal, and Chile, with plans to expand to key regions including the USA.

MISSION: The Energy Efficiency Department of Ferrovial Construction seeks to hire a Business Development Manager with proven experience in project generation and structuring within the private sector.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and analyze the market to identify business opportunities in the private sector.
  • Develop commercial activities aimed at project origination and contract signing with industrial clients and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain relationships, and manage agreements with strategic partners, suppliers, and clients in the private sector.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and colleagues across technical, operational, financial, and legal areas.
  • Support the analysis of new projects: origination and structuring.
  • Prepare business plans and feasibility studies to evaluate project profitability and viability.
  • Conduct strategic-financial analysis of main markets, activities, and competitors, contributing to periodic reports.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of the company's Strategic Plan.
  • Represent the company at working groups, events, and industry forums.
Requirements
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mines.
  • Valuable: Master's or Postgraduate degree in business management/development or energy-related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in business development roles related to energy efficiency projects in industrial and tertiary sectors within energy companies. Experience in energy service companies and consulting is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of industrial processes, energy efficiency business models (Energy as a Service, PPA, etc.), and negotiation and sales techniques.
  • Valuable technical knowledge: Legal and regulatory framework related to energy efficiency and energy marketing.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency.
