Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.

We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER TMS

Which are the functions?

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Work with Python and key libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, Scikit-Learn, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Apply algorithms including LLMs, transformers, classification, regression, clustering, and segmentation.
• Manage end to end ML pipelines : use case definition, data collection, preprocessing, EDA, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Operate within cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : Pub / Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Notebooks, Vertex AI, etc.

Which are the requirenments?

• Proven experience in both Data Science and SAP consulting roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern ML / AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA, especially in TMS and Supply Chain modules.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into business value.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
