Foundation is seeking a GEO Strategist to design and lead AI visibility strategies across on-site content and social channels to drive measurable business growth. You will analyze data, collaborate with SEO and Creative teams, and mentor junior strategists while aligning content with business KPIs.

The role emphasizes clear communication of insights, data-backed recommendations, and iterative strategy refinement to optimize content programs and client outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in digital or content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, or Reddit.
• Proven success developing digital marketing programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot or similar.
• Experience managing content ecosystems and coordinating across teams.
• Exceptional ability to present and deliver consultative value to clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven GEO strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
• Analyze LLM analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to uncover strategic opportunities for GEO growth.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO, Creative, and Operational teams to ensure content programs operate as cohesive systems.
• Conduct recurring GEO audits, identifying growth gaps and recommending improvements.
• Build scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize strategy execution across accounts.
• Present strategic findings, performance outcomes, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and authority.
• Mentor junior strategists by modeling analytical depth, structured thinking, and professional communication.
• Maintain alignment between content initiatives and larger digital marketing and business KPIs.

Mission of this Role

The mission of the GEO Strategist is to design and lead AI Visibility strategies that drive measurable business growth through the investment into GEO channels such as on-site content, Reddit, YouTube, Linkedin, Earned Media & Technical SEO. This role combines deep analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly — partnering across teams and clients to turn performance data into actionable strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven GEO strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
• Analyze LLM analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to uncover strategic opportunities for GEO growth.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in digital or content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, or Reddit
• Proven success developing digital marketing programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills (e.g., Profound (or SEMRushAI, Peec, Athena, etc) Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot).
• Experience managing content ecosystems and coordinating across teams
• Exceptional ability to present and deliver consultative value to clients and stakeholders, focusing on evidence and structured recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication — able to translate complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives.

Metrics / KPIs

• Achievement rate of content-related KPIs.
• Growth in qualified traffic and conversions tied to content initiatives.
• Strategic deliverables delivered on time and to spec.
• Client satisfaction with clarity and usefulness of strategy.
• Efficiency gains through improved systems and documentation.

Compensation

• Base salary $70k–80k CAD depending on experience and location
• Variable compensation: team performance bonus and company-wide profit-sharing
