Oracle Exadata Database Service delivers proven Oracle Database capabilities on purpose-built, optimized Oracle Exadata infrastructure. This team of Assurance Engagement Directors plays a pivotal role in ensuring our mutli platform Exadata clients receive world-class pre&post sales support in their journey of Oracle Cloud Adoption.

What You’ll Bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong and creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Some knowledge of cloud computing and IT Infrastructure would be necessary for a fast learning on the wide scope of the role

Flexibility, this is a high growth area that requires agility

Fluent English and Spanish are must to have

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the cycle from pre-sales through to the delivery & activation of C@C to our customers, working together with Product Management, HW Support and Sales Teams to achieve a prompt and efficient outcome.
• Make sure your C@C, ExaDB-D and MultiCloud customers use Oracle Best Practices in order to: positively influence customer's satisfaction increase customers’ likelihood of cloud adoption & retention
• Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase cloud adoption, accelerating physical, technical and operational readiness
