JUNO Genetics-Spain is looking for a Genetic Laboratory Office Administrator to join our team based in Valencia. If you're passionate about the world of Genetics, this is your opportunity!
Your main mission will be : To ensure the appropriate administrative activities management that facilitate the smooth running of Juno Genetics.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain procedures / office administrative systems such as Business Central, iPassport, etc.
- Implement and maintain MRP systems and generate reports (financial cost, minimum stock, lead time, etc.)
- Arrange purchasing of consumables, reagents, furniture, services, etc., for both the office and laboratory, and keep appropriate follow-up and financial records of all purchases.
- Organise and take minutes of meetings, including laboratory general meetings and annual management reviews.
- Prepare and maintain staff records, ensuring timely completion, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, training, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and preparing documentation for Quality accreditations and other administrative tasks (SOPs, consent forms, KPIs, satisfaction surveys, supplier assessments, incident reports).
- Ensure facilities are managed properly, with maintenance contracts in place to keep the office and laboratory safe and compliant with legal requirements.
- Assist during quality audits, acting as observer and, in some cases, as internal lead auditor.
Qualifications
- Academic training in Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the healthcare field. Experience with Quality standards like ISO15189 and ISO13485 is desirable.
- Personal / soft skills : Effective communication, calmness under pressure, flexibility, commitment to quality objectives, strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Technical skills : Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Office and Teams; experience with Business Central and iPassport; familiarity with AEMPS and EUDAMED websites is a plus.
