Job Description

We are seeking a talented Genesys Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology. You will create and maintain bots and chatbots to improve efficiency and user experience, participating actively in all phases of the software development cycle, including design, testing, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IVR and chatbot development, possess strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud Architect, and have experience in developing bots and chatbots. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
