What will make you successful in this position?

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in technology developing.
• Possess strong expertise in Node.js and Python.
• Have extensive experience with Google Dialog Flow ES and Google Dialog Flow CX.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Google CCAI Platform and Google Agent Assist.
• Show capability in leveraging Google Insights for data analysis.
• Exhibit knowledge in implementing Google Info Bot.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Good English and Spanish level.

What will be your mission?

As a Genesys Cloud Developer, you will need expertise in Node.js, Python, Google Dialog Flow ES, Google Dialog Flow CX, Google CCAI Platform, Google Agent Assist, Google Insights, and Google Info Bot. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
