At PUIG, we are currently looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team, reporting directly to the assigned Store Manager or Regional Manager.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our prestigious brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience. PUIG is a global reference in fragrance, beauty, and luxury, and your professionalism will be key to reflecting our brand image, ensuring client satisfaction, and building lasting relationships.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving store performance by achieving both sales targets and qualitative KPIs, while working collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating strong commitment and alignment with the company’s core values: insatiable curiosity, contagious enthusiasm, fairness and respect, entrepreneurial boldness, and shaping the future
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional sales experience
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, such as: sell-out, UPT, ATV, CRM, traffic conversion, CRM conversion, mystery shopper results, ranking, and productivity per hour
Apply effective sales techniques to drive additional purchases, always ensuring the highest quality customer experience
Manage any issues during and after the sale, and report relevant information to the store manager
Maintain excellent product knowledge and brand history, staying up to date through internal training tools
Promote customer loyalty by using internal tools, building lasting relationships, and following company procedures
Uphold high standards in the store, including stockroom cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines
