Capitole is seeking an AI Engineer focused on generative AI applications for a leading international airline group. You will design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications and multi-agent AI systems, build RAG pipelines, and manage vector databases to enable fast information retrieval.

You will deploy AI workloads on AWS, including Bedrock and SageMaker, and collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of Software Engineering experience with at least 1–2 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar.
• Solid experience designing RAG architectures.
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, or similar.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, or equivalents).
• Experience with AWS Cloud services, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered applications and multi-agent AI systems.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Implement and manage vector databases for efficient information retrieval.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS using Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Aurora.
• Evaluate and improve LLM performance through automated testing and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices.
• Stay current with Generative AI trends and explore new technologies.
