ERNI in Madrid seeks an experienced AI software engineer to design and build AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, RAG, and Synthetic AI Personas. You will develop scalable backend services and enterprise integrations while aligning with product owners and architects.

You will work with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud-native microservices, collaborating with international teams to deliver reliable AI solutions that improve decision making and business outcomes.

Formación

• Production-grade Python apps; experience with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with LLM platforms across providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
• Knowledge graphs, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization.
• Designing RAG and GraphRAG solutions for enterprise data.
• Agentic AI workflows using LangChain/LangFuse/Haystack.
• Cloud-native microservices with Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes and modern CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI-powered capabilities based on LLMs, RAG and Synthetic AI Personas, building scalable backend services and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable AI solutions, and continuously improve quality, performance and scalability.
