Job summary

Winning Consulting is seeking an AI Engineer to join a Madrid-based project for an international insurance client. The role focuses on building AI solutions using Generative AI and large language models, developing AI applications, and integrating with existing systems.

You will experiment with models, improve quality through testing, and collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions in a client-facing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models.
• Experience with APIs or AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic or similar.
• Experience integrating systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models to address real business needs.
• Develop AI applications such as AI assistants, chatbots, and AI agents, and integrate them with existing systems.
• Experiment with different AI models and technologies to identify the best solutions for each use case.
• Improve the quality and performance of AI solutions through testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and turn them into practical AI solutions.
