ERNI in Barcelona is seeking a senior AI/Software engineer to bring production-ready AI solutions in the insurance sector. You will apply Python, LLMs, AI Agents and cloud-native technologies to build reliable services, integrations and intelligent applications.
As a senior, you will mentor others, own the development lifecycle, ensure security and observability, and collaborate with business experts to translate challenges into scalable AI components.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience delivering production-ready solutions across backend, frontend, data and operations.
- Fluent English and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Python, APIs, LLM integrations, AI agents and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex challenges into production-ready AI solutions.
- Design and extend reusable AI components and develop custom services, integrations and intelligent agents.
- Own the development and deployment lifecycle across diverse tech stacks.
