Job summary

Winning Consulting is seeking an AI Engineer to join a Madrid-based project for an international insurance client. The role focuses on building AI solutions using Generative AI and large language models, developing AI applications, and integrating with existing systems.

You will experiment with models, improve quality through testing, and collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions in a client-facing consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models.
• Experience with APIs or AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic or similar.
• Experience integrating systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models to address real business needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI and LLM.
• Experience with AI APIs or platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Antrhopic, or similar.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating different systems.
