Job summary

Avanade Madrid is looking for a Generative AI Engineer to help clients deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and RAG.

You will design, build, and scale AI applications, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and guide governance and security across deployments.

Strong Python skills, LLM experience, and excellent stakeholder communication are essential for delivering business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, embeddings and AI orchestration.
• Experience building AI applications with Python and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assess client challenges and identify opportunities to apply Generative AI and automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs and Azure OpenAI.
• Develop RAG solutions integrating enterprise data sources and vector stores.
• Create Copilot experiences and prompts with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI use cases, value, and success metrics.
• Ensure safe, secure, and compliant AI deployments across Azure.
• Support PoCs, demos, and client workshops to showcase capabilities.
