Job summary

Avanade is expanding its Generative AI practice in Europe and seeks a Generative AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions on Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and RAG architectures.

You will translate client challenges into scalable AI applications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, craft prompts and guardrails, and measure success through adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered applications using LLMs and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance considerations.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise APIs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess client challenges and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft AI technologies.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with enterprise sources and vector databases.
• Develop AI Agents and Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI use cases, business value, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
• Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for responsible, secure AI solutions.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Support demos, PoCs, MVPs, and client workshops showcasing Generative AI capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives.
