The Role

Identifying areas across teams where AI and automation can deliver outsized impact

Building AI agents, tools, or workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort

Prototyping and testing fast—focusing on real-world impact over perfection

Collaborating across teams to deeply understand problems and design solutions that scale

Taking ownership of the full lifecycle of automation projects, from ideation to rollout

Continuously learning, iterating, and improving based on data, feedback, and results

Experience and Skills

Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms (like Zapier, Make, or Airtable), or scripting

A strong grasp of prompt engineering and working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.)

A track record of building and launching automation solutions that solve real business problems

A self-directed approach—you thrive in environments where you set your own direction and move fast

A mindset geared toward experimentation, iteration, and learning by doing
