We are looking for a Generative AI Developer for Copilot Studio (xfm) for our IT Software Development & Innovations department.

In this role you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform technologies.

The job is full-time and can be done remotely on a daily basis as well as on site at our office in Madrid.

Grow with us Your Responsibilities

Develop and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio leveraging the Power Platform to drive innovation

Understand business needs design RAG-enabled copilots and select analytical approaches to meet objectives

Monitor usage evaluate quality and enforce governance policies in Copilot Studio / Power Platform to ensure optimal performance and compliance

Design and perform training sessions and demos for key users to empower stakeholders and drive adoption

You have a degree in computer science engineering or a related field

You possess experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform

You have a strong understanding of business needs and can design effective RAG-enabled copilots
