We’re looking for:

VP of Product at Impress

In this role, you will drive Impress's product vision and innovation, as well as product design and development. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing start-up where your hard work and significant results are highly tangible and impactful.

This position will be based in Barcelona.

Your responsibilities:

1. Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy and collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities.
2. Drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage for our products.
3. Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer care teams to develop and launch new products and features that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
5. Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on strategic fit, customer feedback, market trends, and ROI.
6. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7. Serve as the company's product evangelist through presentations, conferences, and other engagements.
8. Recruit, retain, and develop a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts.
9. Analyze market trends to inform product development.

Qualifications for success:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product delivery in a tech company.
2. Experience in a senior leadership role managing large, high-performing product teams.
3. Genuine interest in innovation.
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
6. High independence, initiative, and drive for results.
7. Experience with product analytics, financial metrics, monetization, and P&L responsibility.
8. Ideally, experience in VC-funded or pre-IPO start-ups.
9. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
10. Fluent/professional English language skills.
