Lindora, America’s leading clinical weight management and wellness provider is growing fast, creating fantastic opportunities for a General Manager for our Valencia, CA location. This is a base salary plus commission opportunity.

About The Position:

This unique, hands-on General Manager position requires:
A Strong Sales and Management Background.

Responsibilities Of The Position:
  1. Meet/exceed monthly clinic sales and performance goals to include ownership of membership and clinic cash sales goals.
  2. Utilize financial report to evaluate clinic financial projection to goal.
  3. Domain expert on all Lindora programs, products, promotions, and wellness services.
  4. Complete assigned patient care calls daily.
  5. Review patient visits and conduct case studies weekly to meet clinic weight loss percentage goals.
  6. Accurately manage clinic revenue, to include cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
  7. Effectively manage all clinic inventory, to include both merchandise and medical supplies.
  8. Ensure clinic merchandising displays and protein/product shelves follow branding standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of proven management and leadership experience.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in healthcare, health and wellness, retail, med spa, or fitness.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a sales role where you were required to meet quotas and goals.
  4. High school diploma, or equivalent.
  5. Minimum of 3-5 years in interviewing, training & development.
  6. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in doing operational functions such as employee schedules, write ups, reviews, terminations and approval of timecards.

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  2. Ability to connect with our patients and build strong sales relationships.
  3. Possess confidence, emotional intelligence, credibility and high integrity, and an excellent work ethic.
  4. Highly skilled organizer and effective task delegator.
  5. Strong understanding of business management and leadership skills.
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional service to patients and support to staff members.
  7. Must be computer proficient.
Job Type: Full-time 40 hrs. a week M- F plus 1-2 Saturday's a month from 8 AM- 12 noon.
