Descripción del empleo

FC is on behalf of an international company seeking a dynamic General Manager, EMEA with a strong network in the Fertility / MedTech industry, proven sales leadership experience, and a strategic mindset. This role is critical in driving regional growth, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a regional commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Leverage existing industry connections to strengthen partnerships, accelerate sales, and create new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the EMEA team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and high-value negotiations, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and decision-makers.
  • Manage people within commercial, product, marketing, support and operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements :

  • Extensive commercial experience with Fertility / MedTech, with a strong network in the EMEA IVF sector.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling teams across multiple countries.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development and market penetration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • To be based in Spain with a willingness to travel extensively within the region, expectedly 80-100 travel days annually.

The position has a direct reporting line to the Group CEO and is managing 24 employees in different functions and countries including commercial, product applications, supply chain, technical support, and marketing.
