COYA Restaurant & Pisco Bar seeks a passionate General Manager for its Marbella location. This role requires strong leadership and financial management skills to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Formación

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand.
  • Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment.
  • Excellent English & Spanish communication skills.

The ideal candidate for this General Manager position will have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand.
  • Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events.
  • Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
  • Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
  • Sound financial management skills.
  • Ability to manage the location’s P&L and reporting ensuring that all revenue, costs and data is consistent across all channels.
  • It is essential to be up-to-date with and have excellent knowledge of local employment law.
  • Strong problem-solving skills through having ability to identify and develop solutions.
  • Sound understanding of processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to motivate and drive the team.
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management.
