Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (GenAI) to bridge technology, AI, and business. You will own the full solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to transform real-world challenges into AI-powered outcomes.

This hands-on role demands strong software foundations, expertise with modern AI technologies, and the ability to thrive across multiple projects.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack development expertise.
Proficiency in Python as a backend language; frontend using React and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
Experience building and integrating MCP servers and clients.
Strong APIs, relational databases, and enterprise integration experience.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to identify GenAI opportunities and define AI-driven solutions.
Design, build, deploy, and support end-to-end AI applications and products.
Develop production-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs, retrieval systems, and orchestration tools.
Integrate AI apps with enterprise platforms and internal workflows.
Build MCP servers/clients to securely access enterprise data and services.
Collaborate with engineering through code reviews, testing, and DevOps practices.
