Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack development expertise.
• Proficiency in Python as a backend language; frontend using React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic Claude.
• Experience building and integrating MCP servers and clients.
• Strong APIs, relational databases, and enterprise integration experience.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Partner with business teams to identify GenAI opportunities and define AI-driven solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and support end-to-end AI applications and products.

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (GenAI) to work at the intersection of technology, AI, and business. In this role, you will partner directly with stakeholders to understand real-world challenges and rapidly transform them into impactful AI-powered solutions.

You will own the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through deployment and production support. As priorities evolve, you will move across different projects, applying your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset to deliver tangible business outcomes. This is a highly hands-on role requiring a strong software engineering foundation, experience with modern AI technologies, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business teams to identify opportunities and define GenAI-driven solutions.
• Design, build, deploy, and support end-to-end applications and AI products.
• Develop production-grade solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval systems, agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, internal tools, and business workflows.
• Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients to enable AI systems to access enterprise data and services securely.
• Create scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams through code reviews, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language, preferably Python.
• Experience building modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of APIs, relational databases, and data management practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar,
• Experience building and integrating MCP servers and clients.
• Strong integration experience with enterprise platforms such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams
• Experience using APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and OAuth.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub development workflows including branches, pull requests, code reviews, GitHub Actions, and repository permissions.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar solutions within a structured engineering workflow.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, containers, and deployment platforms including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
