What will you do? Design and implement end-to-end generative AI solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions using generative AI technologies. Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions. Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and data science teams. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in generative AI to inform strategic decision-making. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

What should you know to succeed in this role? Knowledge of generative AI, understanding the core concepts and methodologies behind generative models, and familiarity with design patterns specific to AI solutions. Ability to communicate complex concepts, challenge and influence stakeholders, and ensure alignment of goals. Confident and practiced communication skills, with good stakeholder management skills both internally and externally. Ability to assess and select appropriate generative AI technologies and tools. Awareness of ethical considerations, governance frameworks, and guidelines for responsible AI design, especially for generative models that can create new content. Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
