What will you do?

• Design and implement end-to-end generative Al solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions using generative Al technologies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate Al models, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of Al solutions.
• Ensure Al solutions comply with ethical standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and data science teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in generative Al to inform strategic decision-making.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

What should you know to succeed in this role?

• GenAl specific knowledge, understanding the core concepts and methodologies behind generative models and familiarity with design patterns specific to Al solutions.
• The ability to communicate complex concepts, to challenge and influence a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure consistency of understanding and alignment of goals. To be a confident and practised communicator, with good stakeholder management skills, both within the organisation and externally.
• Ability to assess and select the right generative Al technologies and tools that align with the solution's design requirements.
• Awareness of ethical considerations, governance frameworks, and guidelines for responsible Al design, especially for generative models that can create new content.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Knowledge of Al orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Llamalndex.
