Job summary

Sigma AI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-stakes data annotation and GenAI projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, align with client needs, and drive scalable workflows across global teams.

You will coordinate complex stakeholder discussions, defend project rationale with data, and shape governance for annotation guidelines while communicating insights to executive leadership. Fluency in English and Spanish is valued for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management within AI/lifecycle space.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RLHF, Red Teaming, Multi-modal data).
• Excellent communication with Directors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of high-priority annotation programs for clients and internal teams.
• Serve as primary consultant for global clients and defend project logic with data-driven reasoning.
• Design and implement innovative or hybrid workflows for GenAI/LLM challenges.
• Oversee creation and auditing of annotation guidelines to reflect client needs.
• Translate project data into executive-level BI presentations addressing trends and risks.
