Breakthrough Talent is seeking a Product Manager to own the product and work directly with the CEO in Barcelona, Spain. This role focuses on understanding the market, engaging with developers and customers, tracking GenAI trends, and deciding what to build—and what not to build.

You’ll collaborate with engineers to translate insights into launches and continuously improve the developer experience in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of strong product experience, exceptional candidates considered with less.
• Genuine obsession with generative media — image, video and/or audio.
• Strong product judgement and the ability to say no to non-value features.
• Technical mindset; comfortable working with engineers and technical users.
• Talks to real users, not relying solely on data or AI-generated insights.
• Excellent communication and a curious, hands-on approach.
• Ability to overlap significantly with US working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation.
• Conduct regular customer and developer discovery.
• Provide competitor and market intelligence.
• Monitor GenAI communities, trends and emerging products.
• Turn customer insight into product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering to move ideas through to launch.
• Continuously improve the developer experience.
