Responsibilities

We seek a responsible and ambitious individual with a positive attitude to join us as a Functional Software Analyst. This role is part of our fast-growing international software and consultancy company, serving top-tier clients mainly in Spain, Europe, and LATAM. Our mission-critical software is installed at various credit institutions, and our clients demand fast and precise delivery in a highly competitive market.

As part of the EMEA & LAC Delivery Team, you will manage first-class customers across diverse industries such as banking, telecoms, utilities, and insurance. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements from clients and proposing system designs.
• Using our proprietary platform DV360 to build and unit test systems in collaboration with the project team.
• Creating and executing test plans to ensure project standards are met.
• Preparing and maintaining delivery documentation, including functional specifications.
• Troubleshooting bugs and post-delivery issues.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages and international experience are a plus.
• At least 2 years of software delivery experience related to Credit Risk Management in a credit institution or consultancy. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Required Skills

• Programming languages such as R, Python, LUA.
• Experience with databases like SQL Server and MySQL.
• Experience with Application Servers and Web Services.
• Knowledge of XML and JSON formats.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in Credit Risk Management, including credit strategy development and implementation in a Decision Engine.
