Swans International School, Marbella, is seeking a dedicated Examinations Officer to join the team on a full-time basis. The Examinations Officer will manage all aspects of the (I)GCSE examination process and coordinate with examination boards, with teaching hours in Humanities as needed.

Applicants should have a Diploma or equivalent, at least two years in exam administration, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with office software and examination management systems.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• PGCE or equivalent qualification in Education is required.
• At least two years of experience in examination administration or related roles is preferred.
• EU passport or Spanish residency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the (I)GCSE examination process within the school.
• Coordinate exam schedules and liaise with examination boards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Deliver teaching hours in Humanities subjects as required.
