Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a GCP Cloud Lead Security to define security strategies and configurations supporting GCP Cloud projects, including data migration, endpoint protection, cloud app security, identity protection, CSPM, CIEM, and workload security.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and define technical strategies and configurations for security solutions within GCP environments.
• Implement endpoint protection, IAM policies, anomaly detection, adaptive access, infrastructure security, and cloud app security.
• Manage GCP security policies, posture management, privilege access, file integrity, and log integration with SIEM.
• Develop use case scenarios for monitoring GCP applications with SOC, and strategize AI integration in GCP.
• Report to the client’s Global CISO and act as an operational partner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Security Engineer, GCP Security Expert, or similar, with robust technical knowledge in IT security, cloud, and network technologies.
• Experience in complex, multi-national environments and migration projects involving high-volume databases.
• Up-to-date with the latest security threats and solutions.
• Strong organizational, Linux/Windows, coding, ERP (SAP), and cloud vendor skills (GCP, AWS, Microsoft).
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Industry certifications (ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, EC-Council, CompTIA, ITIL).
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).

Offer:

• Full-time freelance contract in Madrid (Alcobendas), hybrid work model.
• Rate: €320-€360/day + VAT, based on experience.
