Job Description:

Job Purpose: To develop divisional strategy for the GCC business units alongside the Sr. European Business Unit Director. To work with the business unit team towards achievement of overall market and market share growth through the development and execution of business and marketing plans. One of the main responsibilities will be to lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support.

  • Responsible for growing TD SYNNEX's market share with vendors.
  • Contribute ideas for strategic and operational planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors, managing contracts from negotiation to launch.
  • Support marketing plan development and execution.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning processes.
  • Develop key channel relationships and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Represent the business unit internally and externally.
  • Negotiate business agreements and contracts.
  • Monitor and evaluate business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
  • Lead and manage the business development team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Numeracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Initiative, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence sales teams.
  • Experience in people management and development.
  • Knowledge of product and technology within Components, Storage, and/or Server industries.
