A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be responsible for managing maintenance activities of the company's products by performing and supporting onsite activities in partnership with the business, customer, and contractors, in line with the site program.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Service, maintain, and provide technical support for Small Gas Turbines Products and Systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure environmental and H&S standards are met on site, implementing control measures.
• Produce reports supporting the activities undertaken.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality service to customers.
• Contribute to remote diagnostic support services and training.
• Aim for first-time fix solutions to reduce breakdown times and costs.
• Develop strong relationships with internal support departments and coordinate service activities on customer sites to ensure compliance.
• Explain issues and solutions to customers and end users.
• Provide feedback to internal departments on persistent issues and suggest improvements.
• Supervise technical staff during service and commissioning if needed.
• Support other rotating equipment activities as required.
• Participate in 24/7 support to deliver the best quality service.
• Provide technical support to back-office staff.

What You Bring

• Proven engineer with advanced apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical maintenance, experienced with rotating equipment and controls systems such as PCS7, ControlLogix, S7.
• Experience with Small Gas Turbines Products and Systems is valuable.
• Flexible to travel globally, often on short notice.
• Mechanical experience in Gas Turbines is valued.
• Ability to work in offshore environments.
• Willing to travel approximately 80% of the time, including being away from home.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused and culturally aware, capable of leading teams across different countries.
• Committed to Zero-Harm culture.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Able to work weekends, bank holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
• High proficiency in English.
• Capable of performing well under pressure with limited supervision.
