to oversee fit, construction, and quality across their collections.
THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO HOLLAND.
The Role : As Garment Technologist, you’ll be the technical backbone of the product development process. You will work closely with design, pattern cutting, and production teams to ensure that every garment meets brand standards in fit, function, and finish — from initial prototype to final production.
Key Responsibilities : Lead fit sessions and provide clear, detailed technical feedback to factories and pattern cutters. Create and maintain tech packs, size specs, and construction details for all styles. Review and approve pre-production samples, ensuring garments meet spec, fit, and quality standards. Identify and resolve technical or construction issues throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with offshore and local suppliers to manage sealing processes and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain consistency across blocks, sizing, and grading.
Candidate Requirements : Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Garment Technologist within womenswear (premium or high-street). Deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and fit. Strong technical skills including CAD for spec sheets (Adobe Illustrator, Excel, or similar). Confident in leading fit sessions and working cross-functionally with designers and pattern cutters. Experience liaising with offshore factories and managing production timelines. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
