Hotel Description

Responsibilities

1. Understand the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings; be able to verbally explain these to guests.
2. Ensure mise en place is completed each shift and during service to provide efficient service, including cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance.
3. Operate the point of sales system accurately to process food and beverage orders.
4. Upsell services and products to guests to enhance service experience and increase revenue.
5. Maintain all outlet equipment and utensils in good condition through proper handling and by performing assigned side duties.
6. Assist in stock management, including the collection and proper arrangement of linen, beverages, dried goods, and other supplies.
7. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
8. Create memorable moments to surprise and delight guests through gestures and actions in the restaurant.
