About the role
We are looking for a GamesAdministrativeAssistant to join our growing Games team and play a key role in managing and coordinating our game portfolio, with a strong focus on regulated markets . Reporting to the Games Manager , you will ensure the smooth execution of game launches, maintain high-quality standards for the game catalog, and act as a vital communication bridge between our company, game providers, and internal departments.
This role will be especially focused on supporting the expansion into newly regulated markets and others.You will help maintain market-specific compliance, ensure documentation is delivered and filed on time, and follow up on launches to guarantee timely and successful game availability for our clients operating in those jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and maintain a fully up-to-date game portfolio , with special attention to regulated markets.
- Liaise with game providers regularly to track release schedules, gather relevant documentation, and ensure all requirements are met for each jurisdiction.
- Coordinate game launches in multiple markets, ensuring timelines, regulations, and technical needs are aligned.
- Be the point of contact for regulated market operations , ensuring all documentation, certifications, and release processes are followed correctly.
- Support the team on ongoing or upcoming projects , reporting progress or blockers to the Games Manager.
- Collaborate across departments (Compliance, Tech, Product, Marketing, etc.) to facilitate smooth releases and share updates.
- Provide assistance to game providers when needed, ensuring they are supported throughout the games part of the integration (new game providers).

Familiarity with regulated iGaming markets (Brazil, Peru, Romania, Spain, etc.).Previous experience working with game / content providers or in game operations.Basic understanding of compliance or certification processes for game launches.What We Offer
