You will be qualified and experienced in all aspects of game mathematics. Highly motivated, a team player, with excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record, as well as a thirst to work side-by-side with the team developing some of the world’s greatest games.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that our math profiles are engaging and exciting for players, matching target parameters you will help set, while ensuring the game is mathematically and mechanically compliant in all jurisdictions RAW operates within.
2. Stay informed of market trends and collate market-leading ideas for math designs and improvements.
3. Establish specifications (Math Design / Profiling Document) for the games and analyze requirements with architects to ensure that Game Studios receive the necessary information to produce the game.
4. Meet targets, goals, and objectives for your game productions, according to the RAW Game Roadmap.
5. Collaborate with Team Management in the Game Studios and suggest new game ideas and mechanics.
6. Coordinate with Certification and Release managers in the Project Delivery team.
7. Align with stakeholders to ensure transparency and clear communication regarding mathematical, technical, and operational matters.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of experience as a game mathematician with a proven track record.
2. EU citizenship or valid work visa for the EU.
3. Deep understanding of the iGaming market and factors influencing game performance, especially from a math and mechanic perspective.
4. Strong understanding of player needs and preferences.
5. Knowledge of what game developers, platform developers, and studios require for successful game delivery.
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with good communication skills.
7. Degree in a technical field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
8. Interest and experience in mathematics, statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
