Key Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary game teams to execute product plans effectively
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Fostering team collaboration and visibility to promote a creative work environment
• Partnering with Product teams to align production with project goals
• Optimizing the production pipeline for efficiency and resource management
• Maintaining delivery plans, tracking progress, and coordinating backlogs
• Managing ongoing maintenance activities for game and team longevity
• Planning and coordinating future build releases
• Developing resource roadmaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production management within the gaming industry
• A proven track record of shipping and maintaining successful live titles
• Strong leadership skills to build, lead, and motivate teams
• Hands-on production experience and understanding of live game workflows
• Ability to establish and scale production processes from the ground up
