Our Barcelona studio is looking for a Game Designer with extensive experience in Multiplayer design.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design fun and immersive gameplay mechanics and meta-game features, following briefings with focus on multiplayer-related features.
2. Creative benchmarking, documentation, and analyzing tasks.
3. Follow-up, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assigned features.
4. Team coordination: coordinating with art and development teams assigned to the project with the producer.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of Game Design basic rules (gameplay, learning curve, UI, difficulty balancing, progression balancing, accessibility).
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in multiplayer-related designs.
3. Able to convey ideas concisely and as part of a detailed analysis, and to clearly formalize complex concepts and ideas.
4. Able to illustrate and/or prototype your ideas visually using standard industry production tools (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, Confluence, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Unity, etc.).
5. Knowledge of classic console and freemium mobile game market.
6. Motivation and ability to communicate as part of the project development team.
7. Able to listen to feedback from other people and constantly critique your work to achieve the best possible quality.
8. Good level of English.

Assets:

1. Experience working in racing games.
2. Racing fan or gamer.
3. High visual creativity.
4. Design/Composition: able to draw sketches and digitally create images or videos.
