Your Responsibilities:

• You will start as an Editorial Trainee working closely with our Managing Editors to learn the process of handling papers from submission to publication. Upon successful completion of your traineeship, you will be appointed as an Assistant Editor.
• Share our passion for disseminating scientific knowledge and contribute to open access publishing.
• Depending on your scientific background, you will be assigned to a relevant field such as: macronutrients, micronutrients, essential nutrients, bioactive nutrients, nutrient requirements, nutrient sources, human nutrition aspects, functional foods, nutraceuticals, health claims, public health, diet-related disorders, metabolic syndrome, malnutrition, nutritional supplements, sport nutrition, nutritional status and body composition, bariatric surgery, sarcopenia, nutrigenomics, etc.
• Execute editorial work for journals in your domain, including organizing the review process, overseeing editorial decisions, and communicating with involved parties.

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Science; PhD is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English skills in both written and spoken forms.
