Tetra Pak is launching a Future Talent Program in Arganda del Rey, Madrid, Spain, inviting fresh graduates to grow into Project Engineers within our Projects team. The role combines autonomy with coaching, and a mentor is recommended as you work closely with customers and project managers.

You will contribute to analyzing customer requirements, developing line solutions, and preparing offers. The position involves travel up to 40% and is based in a global setting with development opportunities.

Formación

• University degree in Mechanical, Agronomic or Industrial Engineering.
• Good engineering skills in mechanical and flow dynamics; basic civil engineering knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create flow diagrams and layouts meeting standards while minimizing costs.

Job Title: Future Talent - Project Engineer

Job Location: Arganda del Rey, Madrid, Spain

Job Summary

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2026 to become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent. We are looking for young, talented and ambitious future Engineers who are ready to join Tetra Pak’s Projectsteam. Tetra Pak has an open position as a Future Talent – Project Engineer to fill a rewarding and challenging role that will allow you freedom with accountability while working directly with our Projects team and customers.

The successful candidate will work independently in the project team with some coaching help from a colleague. A mentor is recommended. You will report to the Team Leader Pre-Projects. You will be based in Arganda del Rey, Spain but will work in a global arena. Estimated travelling time can be up to 40% of your time.

What you will do

• Analyze and understand customer requirements
• Develop Tetra Pak line solutions and line configurations for both packaging and processing areas
• Create efficient flow diagrams and layout designs, fulfilling all Tetra Pak corporate standards, technical and legal requirements while minimizing production costs
• Calculate quotation costs
• Prepare final offers with commercial conditions together with sales responsible
• Discuss quotations with internal and external customers
• Support the Project Manager for technical details during project implementation and variation orders

We Believe You Have

• University degree in Mechanical, Agronomic or Industrial Engineering
• Good engineering skills in mechanical and flow dynamics; basic civil engineering knowledge is a plus
• Proficiency with CAD tools and excellent command of MS Office
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• A self‑starter attitude, able to develop expertise by reading manuals, searching the intranet, learning from others and gaining field experience
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to go the extra mile when needed
• Well‑organized, accurate, with excellent attention to detail
• Initiative and a strong sense of meeting commitments
