Mondelēz International in Spain offers an Engineering & Operations Leadership Development Graduate scheme. Over a 3-year program you’ll rotate through Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality across at least two plants, starting in Viana in the first year.

Qualifications

• Educational background in technical/engineering fields as listed.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Understanding of quality management and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Work across three 12-month rotations in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Quality.
• Exposure to multiple plants in Spain, with first year based in Viana.
• Participate in online and on-the-job training and leadership activities.
