Autodesk seeks a passionate ABM marketing manager for 1 : Many and 1 : Few motions to amplify the Fusion Manufacturing business within a curated set of accounts. You will build and execute strategic, multi‑channel ABM campaigns aligned with sales account plans, driving growth, and executive engagement across Fusion's Manufacturing offerings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales & Sales‑Ops to develop ABM account plans and bespoke marketing strategies

Design & launch ABM programs (1 : Few, 1 : Many) targeting Fusion Manufacturing and Consumer Products accounts through email, ads, events, direct mail, digital, and CXO engagement

Own program execution : account management, logistics, marketing assets, and post‑campaign reporting

Identify and cultivate buyer committees , including key stakeholders and executives within primary accounts

Create Executive Connect programs —roundtables, webinars, in‑person leadership events

Activate peer‑to‑peer customer stories and best practice exchanges across the Fusion Manufacturing community

Measure and optimize campaigns vs. KPIs : contact coverage, pipeline, deal velocity, and ROI metrics

Serve as Voice of the Account , presenting customer needs to marketing leadership to shape future Fusion messaging

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

8+ years B2B ABM or field marketing experience, preferably in enterprise / software sales

Industry background in Design and Manufacturing is a plus

Proven ABM campaign execution and performance optimization background (e.g., using Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Folloze)

Strong storytelling skills and experience engaging executives (CXO level)

Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Ability to travel up to 25% for events and customer engagements

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing)

Certification in 6sense, Demandbase, ITSMA ABM or similar

Demonstrated ability to develop peer‑to‑peer communities or customer advocacy programs

Experience in manufacturing or design domains

Multilingual skills, especially in languages spoken in key global manufacturing markets (German, French, Spanish), are a strong plus
