A global training provider is seeking a FUNDAE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise their internal team on supporting clients with the FUNDAE government training subsidy. The role requires in-depth knowledge of FUNDAE’s policies, strong communication skills, and a project-based approach to consulting. Ideal candidates should be based in Spain and fluent in Spanish, with compensation ranging between €25–€40 per hour based on experience.

We’re a global training provider expanding our client base in Spain, and we’re receiving increasing interest from clients who want to leverage FUNDAE – the Spanish government program that subsidizes employee training.

We’re seeking a Spain-based FUNDAE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise our internal team on how to best support clients who are pursuing subsidies through FUNDAE.

Responsibilities :

• Explain FUNDAE's requirements and documentation processes
• Clarify what we, as a training provider, can and cannot do
• Recommend best practices for helping clients manage their own applications
• Optional) Assist in preparing a short one-page FAQ or summary for clients

Required Skills :

In-depth knowledge of FUNDAE’s policies and government procedures

Experience supporting corporate clients or training providers

Ability to simplify complex regulatory language

Excellent communication and consulting skills

Based in Spain and fluent in Spanish

Compensation :

Ideally project-based, but we’re open to hourly rates between €25–€40 / hour depending on experience
