Plug and Play is seeking a Fund Operations Manager to oversee the US venture funds’ back-office activities from Valencia. You will coordinate capital calls, distributions, NAV, and quarterly financial reporting, ensuring audit readiness and strict governance.

The role requires 5+ years in venture capital fund accounting or related fields, fluency in English, and strong Excel and fund administration software skills. Remote work experience is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in venture capital/private equity fund accounting, fund administration, or Big 4 audit.
• Familiarity with US VC fund structures (LP/GP, capital calls, waterfalls, K-1).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and fund administration software.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Comfort with remote management.

Responsabilidades

• Vendor Relationship & Ops Liaison: be the primary contact for the US fund administrator, ensuring SLAs and reporting deadlines are met
• Capital Activity Oversight: coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distributions with deal teams, LPs, banks, and the administrator
• Financial Reporting & NAV: review quarterly/annual financial statements, NAV calculations, and capital statements
• Audit & Tax Coordination: facilitate annual audits and K-1 preparation, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors
• Capitalization & Transaction Support: track cash movements for investments and reconcile cap table data
• Cash & Treasury Oversight: monitor bank balances, review wire instructions, and track management fees

In this role you will manage the financial back-office for Plug and Play’s US venture funds, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring timely capital calls, distributions, and valuations. You’ll oversee third-party accounting and reporting, keeping financials accurate and audit-ready. You will work with internal teams and external administrators to support growth and governance. This position offers a hands-on, cross-functional view of venture fund finance with a focus on precision and accountability.
