Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is seeking a Fund Finance Analyst based in Madrid. The role supports senior team members in analysing, structuring and executing subscription line facilities, NAV-based financing and asset-based lending for private capital clients, including private credit, private equity and infrastructure funds.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, credit fundamentals and capital structures.
• Familiarity with fund structures and financing documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel-based financial and cash flow analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build and interpret financial and cash flow models with downside sensitivities.
• Support due diligence on fund structures, investors, and assets.
• Help negotiate financing documentation and coordinate with Legal.
• Prepare marketing materials and client analyses for origination.
• Maintain transaction pipelines and internal reporting.

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline

Postgraduate studies (MSc in Finance or MBA)
