Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Fund Administration.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations.

A position within our growing Investor Services Department requires a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. We are seeking a Senior Transfer Agent in Bilbao office for a significant role with multi-jurisdictional reach.

Main Responsibilities :

• Maintain the shareholder register of investment funds in cooperation with the AML and KYC team.
• Collect, analyze and process investors' subscription, redemption and transfer orders received.
• Control and settlement of all trades.
• Management of close-ended funds events such as closings, distributions and capital calls.
• Generate Cash Flow forecast for Investment Managers.
• Generate reporting to investors.
• Oversight of third-party Transfer Agencies.
• Contribute to the improvement of processes in the department.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Fund Administration.
• A complete knowledge and understanding of Fund Administration processes.
• Knowledge of alternative and private equity funds would be an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Other European languages would be an advantage.
• Understand different investor types and have general knowledge of AML / KYC regulations.
• You are well organized and able to work independently with high-quality standards.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a team player willing to contribute with your knowledge.
