We are looking for a Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 F&O to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with experience in Dynamics 365 (F&O) to support the design of Financial, Fiscal, Taxes, and Accounting processes across various business functions. You will build and enhance technical platforms that support our business operations.

As a Business Analyst at Nespresso, you will be a product expert, understanding end-to-end business processes, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements, and collaborating with team members to translate these requirements into the product backlog, aligning with stakeholders at both global and local levels.

You will become the primary knowledge source for taxation and invoicing topics and will be responsible for product documentation.

Your facilitation skills, technical expertise, and clarity in documentation will be crucial for the team's success.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Provide expertise, context, and guidance to support business operations and technical teams during new developments and implementations.
  • Identify and analyze business needs , gather requirements, and contribute to scoping assessments to evaluate project feasibility.
  • Draft comprehensive requirement specifications that inform estimates of cost, time, and resources for solution deployment.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Business Leaders to explain options and facilitate decision-making.
  • Validate and test developments at the end of development cycles and support their implementation, ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Provide documentation, training, and coaching to users and support teams.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in prioritizing and specifying new services or upgrades, and break down backlogs into manageable, value-adding units.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, fiscal legislation, taxes, or accounting.
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments using design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Extra Skills That Set You Apart :

  • Experience with finance / fiscal legislation in retail, ERP, POS, and e-commerce systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance module.
  • Experience working in a global environment with virtual teams.
