We are looking for your talent to work as :

Functional Business Analyst

Location : Madrid (remote)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, IT or related field
• Advanced English level
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role in CIB
• Knowledge and experience in CIB lending products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand business requirements related to lending products
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of business requirements
• Support the development of technical solutions and work with IT development teams
• Participate in data analysis and help identify trends and patterns to improve data management processes for lending products
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, data models, and other documentation
• Support project management, including tracking project timelines, resources, and budget
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and assist in reporting project status
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions within scope and on-time
