Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role in CIB.
• Advanced English level.
• Knowledge and experience in CIB lending products.

We are looking for your talent to work as :

Functional Business Analyst

Location : Madrid (remote)

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, IT or related field

Advanced English level

At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role in CIB

Knowledge and experience in CIB lending products

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Basic knowledge of data analysis and SQL is a plus

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and understand business requirements related to lending products

Assist in the analysis and documentation of business requirements

Support the development of technical solutions and work with IT development teams

Participate in data analysis and help identify trends and patterns to improve data management processes for lending products

Assist in the development and maintenance of data dictionaries, data models, and other documentation

Support project management, including tracking project timelines, resources, and budget

Communicate project updates to stakeholders and assist in reporting project status

Contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions within scope and on-time
