Midea Europe is seeking a Business Applications Functional Analyst to ensure that business applications align with strategic goals and operational needs. You will translate business requirements into functional specs and drive successful software implementations across Europe.

The role focuses on ERP rollout, system maintenance, and process optimization, with emphasis on documentation, user training, and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with business/IT understanding.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support ERP rollout across European sites and coordinate with project managers.
• Maintain ERP operations and drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Gather, document, validate requirements and translate to functional specs.
• Coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions and conduct testing.
• Create and maintain project documentation including FDDs and process flows.
• Provide end-user training and support for adoption.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Applications Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring that business applications meet the strategic objectives and operational requirements of the organization, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support EU ERP Rollout: Support ERP project promotion and deployment across European sites, master business knowledge and system functions in at least one business domain, and coordinate with business project managers to oversee project implementation.
• ERP Continuous Improvement: Be responsible for ERP system operation and maintenance after project go-live, and drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functions.
• Business Requirement Management: Analyze and optimize business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements; translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Solution Delivery: Coordinate with Group IT development teams to implement solutions, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain complete project documentation, including functional design documents, process flowcharts, and user manuals.
• User Adoption Support: Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful application adoption.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: a bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of both business operations and information technology.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of ERP systems, database systems, and data analysis.
• Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Command of the Chinese or German or Italian language is highly desirable.
